Seasonal Tips
ππBeat The Heat: Five tips for staying cool this summerπ§π΄
Stay Hydratedπ§π₯€: Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Avoid caffeine and alcohol as they can dehydrate you.
Wear Light Clothingππ: Opt for loose-fitting, light-colored clothes made of breathable fabrics like cotton or linen.
Use Fans and Air ConditioningπβοΈ: Keep cool indoors by using fans and air conditioning. If you don't have AC, spend time in air-conditioned public places like malls or libraries.
Limit Outdoor Activitiesπ‘π³: Try to avoid strenuous activities during the hottest parts of the day, typically between 10 AM and 4 PM. If you need to be outside, take frequent breaks in the shade.
Eat Light Mealsππ₯: Eat smaller, lighter meals that are easier to digest. Fresh fruits and vegetables with high water content, like cucumbers and watermelon, can help keep you hydrated and cool.

Guard Your Devices π‘οΈ
Secure Your Home Wi-Fi: Use a strong password for your Wi-Fi network and change the default login info on your router.
Be Careful with App Permissions: Only give apps the permissions they really need to function.
Avoid Scams π«
Tech Support Scams: Donβt trust unsolicited calls or messages claiming to be tech support. Contact the company directly if unsure.
Government Impersonation Scams: Be skeptical of calls or messages claiming to be from the government demanding payment or personal information. Verify through official channels.
π§Maintenance Notes
