Seasonal Tips

😎🌞Beat The Heat: Five tips for staying cool this summerπŸ’§πŸŒ΄

  1. Stay HydratedπŸ’§πŸ₯€: Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Avoid caffeine and alcohol as they can dehydrate you.

  2. Wear Light ClothingπŸ‘•πŸ‘—: Opt for loose-fitting, light-colored clothes made of breathable fabrics like cotton or linen.

  3. Use Fans and Air ConditioningπŸŒ€β„οΈ: Keep cool indoors by using fans and air conditioning. If you don't have AC, spend time in air-conditioned public places like malls or libraries.

  4. Limit Outdoor Activities🏑🌳: Try to avoid strenuous activities during the hottest parts of the day, typically between 10 AM and 4 PM. If you need to be outside, take frequent breaks in the shade.

  5. Eat Light MealsπŸ‰πŸ₯—: Eat smaller, lighter meals that are easier to digest. Fresh fruits and vegetables with high water content, like cucumbers and watermelon, can help keep you hydrated and cool.

Protect Your Online Privacy and Security

Stay Safe Online 🌐

  1. Keep Everything Updated: Always update your software, apps, and devices to keep them secure.

  2. Use Antivirus Software: Install antivirus software and keep it updated to protect against harmful programs.

  3. Be Careful with Emails and Links: Don’t click on links or open attachments from unknown sources.

Secure Your Accounts πŸ”’

  1. Use Strong Passwords: Make passwords long and mix letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using obvious information.

  2. Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Add extra security by requiring a second step to log in, like a code sent to your phone.

Guard Your Devices πŸ›‘οΈ

  1. Secure Your Home Wi-Fi: Use a strong password for your Wi-Fi network and change the default login info on your router.

  2. Be Careful with App Permissions: Only give apps the permissions they really need to function.

Avoid Scams 🚫

  1. Tech Support Scams: Don’t trust unsolicited calls or messages claiming to be tech support. Contact the company directly if unsure.

  2. Government Impersonation Scams: Be skeptical of calls or messages claiming to be from the government demanding payment or personal information. Verify through official channels.

πŸ”§Maintenance Notes

Trash reminder: Please do not store trash at your door to avoid hazards, pests, and odors. Dispose of trash in the dumpsters.

Pest control: Contact the maintenance service request number to schedule pest control appointments.

Maintenance Requests:

It is important to contact the Management Service Request line for any maintenance requests you have, even if you've already informed a maintenance staff member.
